Tequila is a distilled beverage made from the blue agave plant, primarily in the area surrounding the city of tequila 65 km Northwest of Guadalajara, and in the Jaliscan Highlands of the Central Western Mexican state of Jalisco

Mezcal is the smokier, hotter cousin of tequila, made from more than 30 types of Agave (Tequila is only made from one - Blue Agave) and cooked in a covered underground pit that gives it that smoky flavor. Mezcal is a High-proof spirit that is recommended neat for sipping, not shooting "Besitos de Mezcal"

Sotol is a distilled spirit of Mexican origin commonly known as a desert spoon. A plant that grows in the Chihuahuan desert of Northern Mexico, New Mexico, Arizona, and West and Central Texas, The desert spoon takes approximately 15 years to mature and yields only one bottle of Sotol per plant. it is produced in a manner similar to the more common artisanal mezcals of Central Mexico

Raicilla is the "Mezcal of Jalisco". An agave spirit made from a variety of wild and cultivated plants in Jalisco. Raicilla is distilled from roasted and fermented agave piñas, the heart of the agave plant. The resulting spirit has a touch of smokiness and tends to be more acidic, fruity, and floral than its cousins mezcal and tequila. there are two distinct strains of Raicilla: De La Costa (coastal) and De La Sierra (mountainous).

Grown and produced exclusively in the Sonora Mexico region. Bacanora is handcrafted in small batches and made from a special agave plant, indigenous to the region known as Angustifolia haw, or Agave Pacifica. This distinctive variety of agave, along with Sonora's unique soil and climate conditions, are what differentiates the rich, smoky flavor of Bacanora from its popular Mexican cousins, Tequila and Mezcal
